Whole school approach PILOT (akl)

AUCKLAND COUNCIL CAYAD

Objective: To reduce harm from student drug and alcohol use, including the impact on attendance and achievement. It will also tackle the currently inconsistent messages about how schools and others in their community can address this. 

What is it? The pilot includes the development and implementation of a whole school approach to reduce drug and alcohol related harm and is led by NZ Drug Foundation and supported by a number of organisations.  CAYAD will work with 3 schools in West Auckland and 2 schools in South Auckland to develop and implement wellbeing approaches across the school in line with the pilot programme.
